RS-CSEP (Rajasthan State Certificate in Spoken English & Personality Development) : Rules, Norms, Eligibility etc.

ITGK RS-CSEP EOI Eligibility: 

Only those ITGKs who fulfill following infra/faculty requirements are

eligible to submit EOI for RS-CSEP courses. ITGKs need to submit a self-declaration towards

Infra compliance during EOI submission.

This EOI is solely for running paid RKCL English course batches and hence not linked to any

Govt. Scheme eligibility. There will be no separate ITGK level audit by RKCL team for this EOI

eligibility



Suggested Ideal Infra Requirements:

  • Number of Computers: Minimum 20 in Urban areas (District HQ) and Minimum 15 in Rural areas (Other than District HQ)
  • Area / Space: Minimum 600 Sq Ft in Urban areas (District HQ) and Minimum 400 Sq Ft in Rural areas (Other than District HQ)


Suggested Faculty Requirements:

  • As this course will be run at ITGK level through their own faculties, ITGK need to ensure that competent and qualified faculties are appointed for training.
  • For basic level course, Faculty/trainer should have B1 or B2 level proficiency as per CEFR framework
  • Faculty / trainer should be fluent in English communication
  • Faculty should be at least a Graduate.
  • Preferable qualifications – BA (English), MA (English), MBA

Online submission through MyRKCL login of ITGK

EOI Fees: 

Rs 1000/- (Non-refundable), Note - EOI fees will not be refunded

EOI Submission Start Date: 

14 April 2023

EOI Submission Deadline: 

28 April 2023

Batch Start Date: 

1 May 2022


RKCL Roles and Responsibility:

  1. Ensure State-level centralized promotion campaigns (Newspaper, FM, BulkSMS etc.)
  2. Enabling ITGK for counseling and local-level promotions by sharing counselling material and creatives for promotion
  3. Make provision for online admissions through MyRKCL Portal
  4. Provide technical support in case of any technical issues during Admission and Exam
  5. Provide necessary reports in Learner, ITGK and SP logins for monitoring the admission progress and exam result
  6. Provide Study Material to Students
  7. Printing of Learner Certificates
  8. Provide regular training to ITGK faculties via EP (Education Partner)

ITGK’s Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance of minimum infra standards –
  2. ITGK Space as defined above
  3. Number of PCs as defined above
  4. Internet – Minimum 50 Mbps Speed Broadband connection
  5. Computers with at least 4GB RAM & Windows 10 operating system
  6. 1 Headphone with Mic for every Computer
  7. One LED Screen in classroom (at least 32 inch)
  8. Ensure good quality Faculty (at least a graduate with good English communication skills)
  9. Spread awareness at local level and promote the course in existing and prospective learners
  10. Convince the prospective learners and their parents regarding the course benefits through proper counselling
  11. Once a learner enrolls at ITGK for mentioned course, ITGK will be responsible for
  12. handholding during the complete life cycle i.e. from enrolment to learning to certification
  13. Ensure correct data entry in online admission portal provided by RKCL and confirm learners by paying online fees to RKCL
  14. Lab Infrastructure support will be provided by ITGK
  15. Ensure the learning progression of a learner (timely completion of all chapters as prescribed syllabus)
  16. Ensure the compliance of all guidelines issued by RKCL from time to time.
  17. ITGK will be required to enroll at least 20 learners in the course in order to be eligible for renewal next year and also subject to successful RS-CIT course renewal.


RKCL reserves the right –

  1. To modify the terms and conditions of EOI and Fee/Revenue sharing pattern for the course at any time;
  2. To Increase or decrease the number of centers as and when required
  3. Of granting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant/s, without assigning any reason/s whatsoever to anyone.
